  • All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Bulk and institutional orders may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We dispatch orders through our warehouse and logistics network across India.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • North India (Delhi NCR & nearby regions): 1-2 working days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 working days
  • Remote / rural areas: 7–8 working days

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, order size, and logistics conditions.


3. Local Availability & Fulfilment

  • Products are stocked and dispatched from our warehouse and associated distribution points.
  • Orders are fulfilled from the nearest available location to ensure faster delivery.
  • Product availability may vary by location and is subject to stock at the time of order.

4. Bulk Orders & Dealer Enquiries

  • Bulk orders, government tenders, GeM procurement, and dealer enquiries are handled separately.
  • Delivery timelines and logistics for such orders are customised based on quantity and location.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
  • Bulk orders may have separate freight terms based on order volume and destination.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Customers can track their shipment through the respective courier partner.

7. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure correct address and contact details at the time of placing the order.
  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
