Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Hymatic (RSR Retail Pvt Ltd), we are committed to providing reliable delivery, transparent service, and a seamless shopping experience for customers across India.

Our products are supplied through a trusted network built over decades of serving farmers, dealers, institutions, government departments, and businesses nationwide.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 12–24 working hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Bulk, institutional, dealer, and customised orders may require additional processing time. We provide 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defect only.

सभी ऑर्डर भुगतान की पुष्टि होने के बाद सामान्यतः 12–24 कार्य घंटों के भीतर प्रोसेस किए जाते हैं। रविवार या सार्वजनिक अवकाश पर प्राप्त ऑर्डर अगले कार्य दिवस में प्रोसेस किए जाएंगे। थोक (Bulk), संस्थागत (Institutional) अथवा विशेष ऑर्डर के लिए अतिरिक्त समय लग सकता है।

2. Payment & Order Confirmation

We offer secure payment options for customer convenience.

Depending on the product, order value, delivery location, and ongoing promotional offers, customers may be eligible for:

• Full Prepaid Orders
• Partial Advance Payment with Balance Payable at Delivery (where available)

Payment options available for a particular order will be displayed during checkout or communicated by our sales team.

Why We Prefer Advance Payment

Agricultural sprayers, batteries, and related equipment are bulky products with significant logistics costs.

In cases where shipments are refused or remain unaccepted at delivery, substantial forward and return freight charges are incurred.

To maintain competitive factory-direct pricing, efficient operations, and better value for customers, certain products or locations may require advance payment before dispatch.

We appreciate our customers' understanding and cooperation in helping us keep prices affordable while ensuring reliable nationwide delivery.

2. भुगतान एवं ऑर्डर पुष्टि

ग्राहकों की सुविधा के लिए हम सुरक्षित भुगतान विकल्प उपलब्ध कराते हैं।

उत्पाद, ऑर्डर मूल्य, डिलीवरी स्थान तथा समय-समय पर चल रहे ऑफर्स के आधार पर निम्न भुगतान विकल्प उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं:

• पूर्ण अग्रिम भुगतान (Full Prepaid Order)
• आंशिक अग्रिम भुगतान तथा शेष राशि डिलीवरी के समय (जहां उपलब्ध हो)

किसी विशेष ऑर्डर के लिए उपलब्ध भुगतान विकल्प चेकआउट के समय प्रदर्शित किए जाएंगे अथवा हमारी बिक्री टीम द्वारा सूचित किए जाएंगे।

हम अग्रिम भुगतान को क्यों प्राथमिकता देते हैं

कृषि स्प्रेयर, बैटरियां, पावर स्प्रेयर एवं संबंधित उपकरण आकार में बड़े और अपेक्षाकृत भारी उत्पाद होते हैं, जिनकी परिवहन लागत अधिक होती है।

कई मामलों में यदि ग्राहक डिलीवरी स्वीकार नहीं करता है या ऑर्डर वापस लौट आता है, तो कंपनी को भेजने तथा वापस मंगाने दोनों का परिवहन व्यय वहन करना पड़ता है।

ग्राहकों को प्रतिस्पर्धी फैक्ट्री-डायरेक्ट मूल्य प्रदान करने, संचालन को सुचारु बनाए रखने तथा बेहतर सेवा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कुछ उत्पादों या क्षेत्रों में डिस्पैच से पहले अग्रिम भुगतान आवश्यक हो सकता है।

हम अपने ग्राहकों के सहयोग और विश्वास की सराहना करते हैं, जिससे हम उचित मूल्य पर गुणवत्तापूर्ण उत्पाद और विश्वसनीय डिलीवरी सेवा प्रदान कर पाते हैं।

3. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched through our warehouses and logistics partners across India.

Typical delivery timelines are:

• North India (Delhi NCR & nearby regions): 1–3 working days
• Rest of India: 4–7 working days
• Remote and rural locations: 7–10 working days
• We use Delhivery / BlueDart/ Xpressbess / Ekart type of logistics services. 

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability, destination, courier performance, weather conditions, and other operational factors.

3. शिपिंग एवं डिलीवरी समय

ऑर्डर हमारे गोदामों एवं लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्टनर्स के माध्यम से पूरे भारत में भेजे जाते हैं।

सामान्य डिलीवरी समय निम्नानुसार है:

• उत्तर भारत (दिल्ली NCR एवं आसपास के क्षेत्र): 1–3 कार्य दिवस
• भारत के अन्य राज्य: 4–7 कार्य दिवस
• दूरस्थ एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्र: 7–10 कार्य दिवस

उपरोक्त समय केवल अनुमानित है और इसे गारंटीकृत डिलीवरी समय नहीं माना जाएगा।

डिलीवरी समय स्थान, स्टॉक उपलब्धता, मौसम, परिवहन व्यवस्था तथा अन्य परिचालन परिस्थितियों के अनुसार बदल सकता है।

4. Local Availability & Fulfilment

Products are dispatched from RSR Retail Pvt Ltd warehouses and authorised distribution centres across India.

Orders may be fulfilled from the nearest available location to facilitate faster delivery.

Product availability is subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation.

5. Bulk Orders, Dealer Enquiries & Government Procurement

Bulk orders, dealer purchases, institutional requirements, GeM procurement, and government tenders are handled separately. You can contact us at sales@rsragro.com or WhatsApp us.

Delivery schedules, freight arrangements, and logistics terms for such orders may vary based on quantity, destination, and project requirements.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Bulk orders and commercial shipments may be subject to separate freight terms based on quantity and destination.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, shipment tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Customers may track their shipment directly through the respective courier or transport partner.

8. Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including address, contact number, and recipient details.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or any other customer-related reason, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

For large or bulk consignments, unloading arrangements at the delivery location may need to be managed by the customer.

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment.

9. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery.

If a package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, customers should take photographs and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution.

10. Transfer of Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk in the products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during the order process.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Transport or logistics disruptions
• Government restrictions or regulatory actions
• Natural disasters
• Labour strikes
• Remote or hard-to-reach locations
• Other unforeseen events

RSR Retail Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.
